Two Anthers Make a Heart

‎"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?" AIW
A new generation of Fuchsia

Zentangles

A new form of art I have been working on.

A type of a art method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. You use a high quality paper and start with a pencil. You are not supposed to use an eraser at all. Then go over it with a fine marker.

Dripping Crystals

Grapes, Crystals, Artichokes, and Candles...

Centerpieces and Bouquets from a Wedding I did a couple years ago. Roses, Amaranthus, Stephanotis, Grapes, Crystals, Artichokes, Calla Lilies and Candles.

All Natural

How flowers might really grow in the garden.

Psychedelic Cacti

These are the real colors of these cacti featured in Arizona's harsh landscape.

Wire Wedding Gems

I just love the word gems, makes me think of the cartoon in the 8o's. A Bridal Bouquet that was featured at a wedding expo at The University of New Hampshire.

Garden Gnomes

I think garden Gnomes are living in there... One tried to bite my finger.

A Closer Look At Willy Wonka's or Dr. Suess's World of Color and Mystisim

Pins and Fowers

Willy Wonka's Vision

A far away view of a place maybe Umpa Lumpa's live; under the poms and ferns.

Corsage for your purse

Do you see any roses or spray roses? Let's start something new and run... screaming away from the old and dreaded word...Traditional. Yuck!

Funky Tropical Boutinere

A lot of detail and time goes into making something this complicated. There are a lot of elements behind the scenes that a consumer never saw or even thought of.

Whoville Like

The tops are not as clear in the pics as I would have liked but you get the point. The beautiful is in the unusual.

To Be or Not To be Hairy...

This is a close up of the vase that I wrapped In this hair-like material and secured with wire.

Dr. Suess?

This was inspired by the wonderful and strange world of Dr. Seuss.

Hawaiian Themed Mothers Day

Something a little more tropical from the rainy east coast.

I Make My Flowers Out of Wire

I was bored one day making the same redundant corsages for proms; when I stumbled across a designers choice. I decided to make half the flowers out of wire. More pictures will follow as prom season commences. Come on young ladies, step out of the box and stumble down the rabbit hole... you just might like it; I do!

The Look!

The final product as you would see on some lucky lady's hand. The ring made of wire is sizable to fit any finger regardless of size or shape. I think I would refine the base that sits on the finger better, but overall a rather unique setting to wear to any special occasion!

Butterfly Back

Here is a fantastic close-up of all the colors and textures at work to create the back of the butterfly ring. Notice all the sparkle... unearthly maybe?

Butterfly Face

Here is a close up of the butterfly face ring I designed. Made from different pieces of flowers, wire and rhinestones.

Body Flowers

Here is the flower composite as you would wear it. This piece would be fun if you were going to a themed party, a prom, or a sassy night on the town:)You could wear it on your arm as a corsage or pinned to your dress, lapel, hat, or purse.

Composite Flower Design

The original inspiration is once again Alice in Wonderland. The green button pom in the middle should have been a time-piece but I didn't have one on hand... awww well, next time.
